    Students will work alongside an experienced wil dlife veterinarian and participate in the capture and care of wildlife daily. This is a totally hands-on programme especially for Veterinary students and is very exciting as well as being instructional.

    The Blue Moon Animal Centre was started in 2002 by Monique Carrera, a Swiss lady and her Egyptian husband Salah Hassan Gad.M el.Karem. Today they have several volunteers and two Egyptian males working at the Centre plus they have a full time veterinarian, Dr Girgis who works at their Vet Clinic in Hurghada.
